I contacted this roofing company about a repair and was blown away by their service. They phoned me back the very same day I enquired and were on-site the very next day to fix the issue. The team was professional and efficient, quickly resolving the problem. Best of all, they were incredibly fair and honest with their pricing, only charging me the agreed call-out fee for the work. In a time when it's hard to find reliable and trustworthy tradespeople, this company is a standout. Had some minor leaks in our roof and after inspecting it Frank and the boys fixed our crumbling ridge and gables, as well as several tiles that needed replaced. Considering the harsh winter weather they completed the work fast and it looks brilliant. Frank and his guys are so friendly and incredibly reasonable with the price. Taking into consideration how much we can afford against realistic costs. I can't imagine better roofers for the Aberdeenshire area. Easiest 5 star review. ~ D D

Highly recommend. When I phoned was told they would be here within a couple of hours, arrived well within the time, got a price & was told would be back next morning. Was here as said first thing, roof fixed. No issues at all. Really nice, polite & a good job. After being told by other local firms they were coming & didn't show or they did come, said they would be back but didn't show, tip top roofing did as they said. Job Well Done Excellent service from Tip Top Roofing. Very quick response from initial call. Came same-day to see what job required. After inspection gave quote and we agreed to continue. Once started the guys always explained what thy were doing everyday as thy were with us for a week as once started job turned out to bigger than first thought. They were amazing! I had an issue with a leak within the ceiling of my flat. They were so quick to respond, after sending my first message they immediately phoned me back to discuss the issue I was having. They came round the next day to check the issue and were back again the day after to fix it. Haven't had an issue with it since. They were amazing and so helpful! After a storm our ridge had fallen off our roof. Thankfully Tiptop roofing responded on the day and completed the job off only 2 days later. During the repair the roofer had found damaged and missing slates. He managed to source slates locally and completed the job within the day. Very good service! We had a minor leak and they came quickly to take a look and pin-pointed the issue. Some of our mortar on the roof ridge had gotten old and started falling out. They quickly and thoroughly re-pointed it in just over a day. Very happy with the quality and speed of the work and the pricing as well and can absolutely recommend them! ~ Gregor

Pointing on roof damaged and slates out of place due to storm. Came very quick (impressed!) and seems to have done good job from what I can tell from the ground. Communication a bit poor price wise it is what it is. Would recommend though as tried others who would not get back or willing to help! Thank you. ~ Paula K

I phoned Frank last week for some help with loose tiles and a missing bit of gutter. No fuss. Came out and assessed the job first thing next morning and came back the next morning early on and did the jobs quickly, and my roofs not rattling in the gale tonight. Highly recommended, Thanks ~ Brian B

Excellent service, came next day following call. Used a drone to show the condition of the roof. Started work 7 days following agreement. Replaced roof quickly in a couple of days. Left the area clean and tidy. Slightly more expensive than others but hopefully worth it. ~ Lynn C

A truly great company, I would absolutely recommend their services! We needed urgent roof repairs due to previous shoddy workmanship from a different company causing a big leak and so we had rain coming in through the bathroom ceiling, not to mention another big hole the other side of the roof that (yet another) tradesman did a bodge job of patching up. As soon as I called Tip Top Roofing the owner (Frank, I believe) reassured me his team would have it fixed asap. The next morning he was out checking what needed to be done and promised me it would be done urgently, well I was blown away when two men from his team then came out less than an hour later to get started. They had it done in absolutely no time and were very professional. When the repairs were completed the guys made a point of showing me everything they’d done on camera so I knew this time the problem had been sorted properly. They left no rubbish or anything behind, and were polite and helpful. I can’t fault them at all, after having such poor service from other companies I was so relieved to finally find a company who were genuine and did an 11/10 job. I’m a disabled person on oxygen so having rain coming in through the house in freezing November weather wasn’t ideal at all for my lung condition - hence Frank making sure everything was done asap for me. Amazing guys, I cannot thank you enough!! ~ Annie B
